There is nothing we love more than a group of young people, Jews and Goys alike, who come together to make art. Be it, theater, fine arts, professional meetups, or movie making, we support it. That is where The Ironwood Gang comes in. The Ironwood Gang is a collective of Chapman University film and media arts students who are looking to produce full length featured films. Their first project is called The Phoenix Project. The Phoenix Project is a story about four scientists who cross, what could be considered, moral boundaries to reanimate deceased organisms. (Hopefully to warn us about the impending zombie apocalypse.)
Right now The Phoenix Project needs your help. With only a few days away, they are SO CLOSE to making their Kickstarter goal. Help a group of awesome < 24 year olds live their dream. Check out their kickstarter here and get on it.
A The Phoenix Project was independently created by a group of young, ambitious graduates of the Dodge College for Film and Media Arts at Chapman University, known as “The Ironwood Gang.” Headed by writer/director/producer Tyler Pavey, the Ironwood Gang is a creative collective of a dozen crew members under the age of 24, from all across the US, devoted to producing high quality feature-length films together.
