Man. Who would have guessed that so many Hipster Jews are making wonderful music and are getting their names out on the internet. If you remember our list of Hipster Jews playing at SXSW 2012, a few of them have been making splashes in the internets music sphere. And since I’m on vacation, I’ve finally gotten around to writing a post about all of these wonderful musicians.
With the help of 300 fans, j.viewz made an amazingly visual video to complement this heartfelt electronic indie summer song. The perfect song to remember those summer days drinking with friends, jumping off of cliff, or whatever the hell it is you hipster people do. (The song picks up speed at about 1:00.)
These three young Cali women have put out their first music video last month, entitled ‘Forever’. Indie pop is alive and well.
Brainchild of Daniel Lopatin. Below is a video of his song, Meet Your Creator, along with over a dozen flying robots programmed to manipulate light, all the while ‘dancing’ to Oneohtrix. Robots have never been boner-inducing scarier and boner-inducing impressive.
