Today I feel sad.

Why do I feel sad?

I feel sad because World War Z, which had the possibility of being AWESOME, is actually just a giant cluster#$%@. I’d heard rumours about a piss-poor script and basic lack of put-togetherness, but couldn’t imagine how much more Brad Pitt could mess this nonsense up. It’s not like he’d go as far as to stop speaking with the director when the crew still has 3 weeks of-reshoots. Right?

I really like World War Z. It is a fantastic book that looks at not only the problems of our society as a whole but also the utter crap that is bureaucracy.

Meanwhile, Brad Pitt and his fan club aren’t even sticking with the story in the book. The man does not understand the phrase ”adapted from the novel”. I can’t even handle this.

I’m covering up my mirrors and sitting some pretty hardcore shiva. It’s going to be horrible.
