If there is one thing hipsters like to do (excluding blipsters, of course) it is to complain about how hard it is being white. Because although white people control the world, it isn’t always easy being the king. And besides, poor minorities can really get demanding, what with the whole welfare thing, equality, and all.
So it is always refreshing when a hipster complains non-ironically. Like Hipster Queen Kreayshawn did:
“When I was younger, growing up in the ‘hood, being the only white girl, like, there’s time when you’re like shit, it sucks being white, you know?”
You and me both, homegirl. You and me both. But sadly there is more!
“Most of the haters are just miseducated,” says Oakland-based rapper Kreayshawn. “It’s just like, ‘What the fuck you want? Why don’t you go make a song and listen to yourself and shut the fuck up, you know?’ Shit.”
White girl playing the victim? That must be a new game I’ve never heard of before.
