The Black Keys are suing a bank for using ‘Tighten Up‘ in a commercial. They are ANGRY.
They claim that the Black Keys’ song “Tighten Up”– a song that’s legally been in ads already– was used without permission in an ad for New Jersey’s Valley National Bank. (Pitchfork)
Typical talk of a whore. Sure, a whore will sell themselves for whatever money, clothes, or drugs they can get in exchange. Yet once someone tries to get the goods for free, the whore has a fucking panic attack.
I’m not saying that The Black Keys shouldn’t try to get their fair share. I’m just saying that sell outs need to expect to be used and abused.
