Bike riders in New York suck

If you did not already know, there is a war going on in America. Bikes vs. Pedestrians vs. Automobiles. Who has the right of way? Who protects the rules of the road the most? Who is a bigger jackass? Everyone claims to be right yet everyone is so wrong.

Exhibit A:

Pedestrians crossing without having the right of a way. Bikes going down the wrong side of the road, cars moving in and out of lanes without thinking. No one is doing anything right. Everyone sucks. Is this city on LSD? Im surprised no one died. (Yet if you’ve ever walked down the street in New York, it seems like everyone is dead inside)

Exhibit B:

Let me get this straight. This guy filmed himself getting a ticket, so he makes a mockery of the system. He didnt follow the rules of the road, so he makes a mockery of the rules to fight a $50 ticket. Bare with me for a moment.

Obviously there are obstructions in bike lanes. Cars are able to stop in certain bike lanes for a few minutes, Cabs are able to drop people off. There are often pot holes in bike lanes. And yes, sometimes construction gets in the way. Yet here is my problem. There is no proof that the bike lane this guy was not riding on was obstructed. Yes, some lanes are obstructed and Im sure you can argue yourself out of a ticket, but this is not the case. He got caught doing something illegal and is pissed off by it. Boo Hoo. Don’t give me a bullshit story of you crashing into shit just to make a stupid point that we all know. Hey! Did you know that there is obstruction on the street of NYC? You dont see jackass plowing their cars into shit to make a point that dump trucks take a half hour to move.

Seriously, if bike riders want to be taken seriously, they need to balls up and follow the rules. No more bullshit. Youre not fooling anyone. I hope my logic pisses some stupid assholes off ala Longboarding
