Some Jewish American students are set to board a flotilla seeking to breach Israel’s naval blockade of Gaza later this month. The flotilla, consisting of 28% Americans (presumably Hipster-esq Jews) will try to reach the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip a year after a previous attempt ended when Israeli troops stormed the lead ship and shot dead nine Turkish activists.
SPRING BREAK! WOOOOOOOH!
I am pretty sure the American’s think they’ve signed up for a Carnival Cruise-style Spring Break on the Mediterranean. I am not sure how Palestinians feel about wet tee-shirt contests, but I am sure it’s chill. There is going to be substantially less shellfish involved, and once the American Jews realize everyone is going to be shitting in the same bucket they are going to ask to reroute to Bermuda.
