Move over Dolph Schayes. No chance fake Jewish Amar’e. There’s a Jewish basketball king in town. And we have Ron Artest to thank.

He’s apparently discovered previously unknown New Testament scripture which reveals Jesus Christ’s basketball playing prowess.
“He was 10 for 10s, a lot of 20 for 20s (in shooting). Perfect from the free-throw line. Infinity rebounding stats.” said Artest
Jesus’ career perfect field goal and free throw percentages are impressive, but we have to wonder about his defense. Though I’d imagine it would be imaculate, Artest doesn’t say. Still even with questionable defensive skills, gobbling up “infinity rebounds” a game might make that a moot point.
Dominant on the glass that Jesus. Just dominant.
This has us curious about the possibly court skills of some other Biblical figures. I hear Moses can really part a defense….
(I hate myself for that last joke)
