I wonder how much better this video would have been if it wasn’t for all those people taking video with their cell phones and cameras.
Take one picture, send it to friends, and make them think you are cool. Then, scour the internet for the video and brag about how ‘you were there first’. And for good measure, mention how much better the old Modest Mouse was compared to the new, commercially sounding albums.
I just hope that the two children at the end had their minds blown. They will never truly understand the difference between television and reality ever again. No drug can do what those 5 actors did to their young, developing brains.

Dude, I thought that was one of the best videos I’ve seen in a while. It would be so awesome to have seen that in real life, and it’s almost unbelievable. Plus, the stormtroopers were all CollegeHumor actors. Also, they did it four times.
ImprovEverywhere has great videos, especially the one where they hold a wedding reception for a couple who gets a civil ceremony. If that doesn’t warm your heart, then I suggest you get an artificial one and watch their videos again.

Oh don’t get my wrong, I loved it. I’m just disappointed that New Yorkers live such a jaded life, and that technology forces us to take pictures instead of enjoy something as beautiful as that. If I was there I would have been screaming like a little girl and hyperventilating. And I really want to know how they timed it so Darth Vader was waiting at the door. My guess? The Force.
