As Passover is only a few days away, Jews worldwide are rushing out to stockpile Matzoh and Matzoh-accessories. For those of you who don’t know what matzoh is, well, look it up. You can’t end up at this site and be THAT culturally ignorant. I hope.
It seems that Israel is in the mid of a matzoh shortage crisis right before Passover. That’s like having a beer shortage a week before your next paycheck. Now some may blame this shortage for a fire in one of the matzoh factories. I think that’s bullshit.
It turns out that 7 tons of counterfeit matzoh were trying to be sold on the Israeli black market. Yes, in Israel there is a black market for these things. And these 7 tons (about 140,000 boxes of matzoh) were given fake Kosher certificates, when in fact, they were not Kosher. Only in Israel could something so outrageous happen.
This bring about the age-old question: What weights more, 7 tons of matzoh or the guilt of screwing over an old Jewish family?

wait for it… wait for it… wait for it… what will it take for motzah companies to start putting anti counterfeit holograms in their motzah?
